Baking cheesecake was something I learned to do when I became a mom.
It was during my pregnancies that I found myself craving cheesecake. But, I wasn’t craving just any cheesecake. I was in search of something without all the fillers, in order to keep me and my family healthy. I started experimenting with quality ingredients and flavours, and the ideas just started flowing. Soon, my cakes became famous amongst my family and friends. Fast forward to today, I still crack every egg and open every stick of butter by hand, and with care. I believe this process is the signature of Laila’s Cheesecake.
